What to do when a competitor disappears from Google?

Today we found out that one of the big classifieds sites in Spain, Milanuncios, has disappeared from Google’s index. With the abcense this creates what do you think are good strategies to take to capitilise?
Fun Fact: Did you know that Milanuncios means 1000 ads in Spanish?
