Who is the Dyke?
The “Dyke” is an Aussie guy from Sydney Australia, who has moved to Amsterdam, The Netherlands to pursue his career in Internet Marketing and see the world. This is his story …
His interests include: Sport, Movies, Music, SEO, Travel and Weird and Interesting Observations that he sees in everyday life. However the Dyke also thinks that this previous sentence sounds a little bit w**kerish and is not really him – unless he was writing a profile for a dating site, which by the way he has never done, and will never need to do as he is married to his “little one” (see first blog entry link below). Possibly he may have written it as he likes SEO and wants to get keywords into a page, but if he was a good SEO he would realise that head terms like Sport, Movies, Music, SEO and Travel will never get ranked for a little blog like this. The Dyke also apologises to all the non SEO people who just read that sentence.
The initial purpose of this blog was to update friends and family about the Dyke’s travels throughout Europe but it has become a little more than that. He wants to record and remember all the funny things he sees on his journies, all the little events that make you say “whoah that was cool”, or “sh**t that was interesting” because it’s these little things are the essence of life!
The Dyke survives on humor, friendship, beer and love. And without these he would die. (and many thanks to bigpond for putting the NRL games onto the internet – see League TV here)
